SEO has always been a fascination of mine—it pairs the analytical world of development and blends it with the creative world of content strategy.
In one SEO project that I worked on, my task was to revive a client who had a site that was lacking in its performance. I began with a complete audit, utilizing both Google Search Console and Ahrefs. The site was suffering from crawl errors, thin content, and poor mobile performance.
I used three areas to consider SEO:
What did the results reveal? During the sixth-month monitoring period the site saw a 200% increase in organic traffic. Additionally, bounce rates decreased, and session times increased—which told me there was proof that users were not just finding the site, but engaging with its content.
According to BrightEdge (2022), 68% of online experiences begin with a search engine. For me it reiterated the fact that valuable and relevant SEO is crucial, not just an option.
